​By engaging in our services, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. These terms govern all transactions, including design, printing, installation, removal, and maintenance of vinyl wraps.

Payment Terms & Refund Policy

​

1. Deposit Requirement – A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total quote is required to begin any design work, printing, or scheduling for installation. The deposit secures your spot in our production queue and covers design and material costs.

2. Final Payment – The remaining balance is due before the vehicle is released to the customer. Full payment must be made even if the client is dissatisfied with the design after final approval.

3. No Refunds – Due to the custom nature of our services, no refunds will be provided once materials are printed or installed. If errors are found after client approval, correction costs will be borne by the client.

4. Additional Fees – Any changes requested after approval of the design proof or after production has started will result in additional fees.

Client-Submitted Designs & Intellectual Property

​

1. Client-Supplied Artwork – If the client provides artwork, the client is responsible for ensuring the design is high-resolution and print-ready. We do not modify client-supplied files unless otherwise specified in writing.

2. Copyright & Trademark Responsibility – The client assumes full liability for any copyright or trademark infringement related to designs they provide. [Your Company] is not responsible for verifying ownership of images, logos, or graphics. If a dispute arises regarding the legality of a design, we reserve the right to refuse service and retain any deposit.

3. Design Modifications & Ownership – Any designs created by A List Wraps remain the intellectual property of A List Wraps until full payment is received. We reserve the right to use the design in promotional materials.

Vehicle Condition & Preparation

​

1. Pre-Existing Damage Disclaimer – The client acknowledges that vinyl wraps may not adhere properly to surfaces with rust, scratches, dents, peeling paint, or body damage. We are not liable for any wrap adhesion issues due to pre-existing damage.

2. Vehicle Cleanliness Requirement – The vehicle must be delivered clean, free of wax, dirt, or grease. If the vehicle is not clean upon arrival, a cleaning fee of $500 will be added to the final invoice.

3. Paint Condition Disclaimer – Vinyl wrap installation may cause damage to weak or old paint. We are not responsible for paint peeling, chipping, or damage upon removal of the wrap. If your vehicle has had a repaint, aftermarket paint, or bodywork, the risk of damage increases.

4. Non-Liability for Factory Defects – If a manufacturer defect (such as faulty clear coat or paint adhesion) is present, A List Wraps assumes no responsibility for paint damage that may occur during installation or removal.

Installation & Warranty

​

1. Installation Timeframe – Estimated completion times are approximate and subject to change. Delays due to unforeseen issues (e.g., weather, material availability, vehicle condition) do not entitle the client to a refund or discount.

2. Installation Warranty – We offer a 30-day limited warranty on our installations. This covers lifting, bubbling, or peeling caused by installation defects. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper care, washing, or exposure to chemicals.

• Damage from road debris, vandalism, accidents, or extreme weather.

• Issues caused by improper installation of third-party wraps.

3. Third-Party Work Disclaimer – If a client modifies, alters, or removes parts of the wrap, our warranty is void. We do not warranty wraps installed by third-party installers.

Wrap Maintenance & Care

 

1. Proper Care Instructions – To prolong the life of your wrap, follow these guidelines:

• Hand wash only with mild soap and water.

• Avoid high-pressure washing or automatic car washes.

• Never use wax, ceramic coatings, or harsh chemicals on the wrap.

• Store in a garage or covered area when possible to prevent UV damage.

2. Wrap Lifespan – Vinyl wraps are expected to last between 3-7 years, depending on maintenance and environmental factors. We do not guarantee the lifespan of any wrap.

Wrap Removal & Associated Risks

​

1. Wrap Removal Services – Wrap removal is a separate service and not included in the original installation fee.

2. Paint Damage Liability – We do not guarantee that paint will remain intact upon removal. Older paint, aftermarket paint, or repainted vehicles are more susceptible to damage.

3. Additional Fees for Difficult Removal – If the wrap has been installed for more than four years, or if improper adhesives were previously used, an additional labor fee may apply for extended removal time.

7. Limitation of Liability

​

1. No Responsibility for Consequential Damages – A List Wraps is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of business due to downtime.

• Loss of resale value of the vehicle.

• Damages from improper maintenance or accidents.

2. Third-Party Shipping Disclaimer – If we ship a vinyl wrap to the client, we are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. Claims must be filed with the shipping carrier.

3. Force Majeure Clause – A List Wraps is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or power outages.

8. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold A List Wraps harmless against any and all claims, legal fees, or damages that arise due to:

• Copyright or trademark infringement from client-submitted designs.

• Pre-existing vehicle damage that worsens due to wrap installation or removal.

• Third-party negligence or misuse of the wrap.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

​

1. Jurisdiction – This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Arizona, California or the state of install and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Arizona.
